A few rocks came up from the ground in front of padma. "Do not....talk about her." Maxim said. "Maxim. We know whats going on. We can help her and stop this before it gets worse." Maui said as he also approached. "This is clearly a trap. End them and take their shards." flora said from behind Maxim. He growled as he looked like he was ready to attack again. Looks like talking wasnt going to work. They had figured it wouldnt though so they had a plan. "Sunny!" Dae-jung said. sunny nodded as she shot out a blinding flash towards Maxim.

Padma looked sadly at Maxim. This was her first glimpse at a conflicted relationship and it was honestly heartbreaking. Maxim's simple acts of aggression were only just masking a deep sorrow at his loved one's pain. But she closed her eyes to it to stop herself being blinded by Sunny's light. When she had done that, Robin followed up with a blanket of thick fog, which was really her only use.

Maxim gritted his teeth when his vision returned. This damn fog again. It was really irritating. He created columns of earth around himself to block whatever attack they planned to hit him with. Which was fine, because the plan for today was more about catching Flora than fighting maxim. He was too strong for them all to take him on so instead the best choice might be to get a confession out of flora. Foo told them that if they managed to grab flora Foo could get a confession out of her. So, Maui, Elvira, and Dae-jung would distract maxim, while sunny robin and Padma went to capture Flora. Devi was on support just in case either of the groups needed her help.

Devi had objected to that plan, of course, but Robin and Padma had soft talked her until she agreed. Still, she was pouting as she watched the others leap into action. Elvira created an ice chute and loudly slid behind Maxim to draw his attention.

Maui did the same and was running on the wind, drawing his attention to the both of them so that Maxim would have to focus on the two. While they did that, Dae-jung was gathering energy to use a big attack on maxim. Meanwhile, the fog was keeping the rest of them hidden from FLora who was watching from a distance. Sunny, Padma, and Robin traveled quietly through the clouds as they made their way to Flora. If they made any wrong moves, Flora might fly off.

Through the fog, the three girls saw a small shape. It was almost Foo-sized but a little smaller, probably because Flora was the female version of him. Robin looked at the others and made a circling motion with her hands. She'd go around behind in case Flora darted away, and the others would go right at her with their offensive powers. Padma crouched lower and snuck towards Flora.

Sunny nodded and went the other way of Padma, that way they could strike from three directions. Sunny was going to blind Flora and then Padma should be able to whip her or catch her in some way. They could do this. Sunny was kind of nervous, because from what she saw from Foo, maybe flora would be kind of strong. But if they caught her before she could do anything then it should be fine. Flora was observing Maxims fight. She always thought it strange that he never transformed. But given how strong he was, he didnt really need to. He wasnt fighting seriously though, and that perturbed Flora a bit.

The three of them got into position, as their other friends circled closer and closer around Maxim. Robin's signal was a sudden clearing in the fog above them. When they saw it, Padma dove forward and barraged Flora from above with an incredibly heavy rain shower.

Flora was taken by surprise when she was suddenly bombarded with a heavy amount of rain. It seemed like just enough time for SUnny to come in and just like before with maxim, flash a bright light right in Floras face. Flora grumbled angrily and attempted to fly away from the two and she headed straight for Robin. Meanwhile, the other three were wearing down on the protective rock walls that Maxim had erected. Dae-jung manage to finishe his spell and told Maui and Elvira to split as he launched a massive fire ball at Maxim.

"Whoop!" Robin squeaked as she captured Flora in her flowing cape, wrapping the material around her as many times as possible to keep her wrapped up. Elvira slid away on her ice as quickly as possible to avoid Dae-Jung's heat.

Flora growled angrily when robin started wrapping her up. She could feel claws scratching at the cape and she was pretty close to wriggling out. Padma and Sunny were closing in, but just capturing flora in her cape would not be enough. Maui also retreated as Dae-jung slammed the fireball right into maxim and he was engulfed in a column of flames. It seemed to have been successful but suddenly there was a large quake and rocks blasted back, making the fire disperse. There, Maxim was standing and he was wearing his magical outfit. It seemed he was finished with his battle.

Padma saw Robin wrestling with Flora and had an idea. "Elvira!" she called out. Elvira saw them struggling and began to run towards them, but she was then sent flying by rock fragments thrown up by Maxim. After regaining herself from the hard landing, she looked over and cursed loudly. Maxim had finally transformed - and they could all feel the immense power radiating off him. It was like the air around him was quaking from his presence.

Flora was about to be free. If she got away from Robin, there would be no reasoning with Maxim, especially now that he was in his magical gear. It was up to robin to save them.

"Gosh darn it!" Robin grumbled, still scrambling with Flora in her grasp. She felt her hands shaking in that weird way they sometimes did when things were getting too intense. Usually she tried to calm down, but she was too focused on keeping Flora still that for the first time she didn't stop the energy from building up. It briefly occurred to her that vibrations within clouds caused huge amounts of static electricity, which led to... Robin's body suddenly flashed and her hands spat lightning into Flora's still wrapped up body. It wasn't a big shock but enough to knock both of them out. Padma squeaked in surprise at the sudden flash and the collapse of her friend.

Flora let out a loud yip and then collapsed in Robins arms. It was unexpected the way it happened, but thanks to robin they had grabbed Flora! It was now foos turn now. He was hiding so that Maxim didnt know he was there. He made his way to robin and Flora and then went into the wrapped up cloak and disguised himself as Flora. When Padma and Sunny came over Foo showed them that he had turned into Flora and now it was time for Padma and Sunny to stop maxim. "maxim! Stop!" Sunny shouted before he attacked any of their friends. "Alright alright Ill talk!" Foo said, disguising his voice as Flora.

"Sorry, Foo," Padma whispered, as she grabbed him by the scruff of his neck and lifted him up for Maxim to see. "W-we have your familiar," she said. The way Robin was lying concealed the real Flora from Maxim's view. "A-and she has something to say."

It was fine. This was necessary. Maxim looked confused but he didnt do anything and just watched. “Im the one who made your fiancée sick. I needed your power to grow stronger and for that I needed ya to gather more crystals.” Foo said in Floras voice. They could all Feel Maxim flex his power and he seemed pissed. “I knew you was hidin’ sometin’ from me. But this...” Maxim said as he started walking towards them. “Padma, pretend to hide me and Ill switch with Flora.” Foo whispered to Padma.

Padma hastily held Foo behind her back, and backed away from Maxim towards Robin. Her flowing skirt would mean that he could easily hop down and swap places with Flora. "Don't hurt her," Padma advised Maxim. "Sh-she's the one who can make her better." It was really scary being advanced upon by such a huge, intimidating man, even without the fact that he could take them all on without even being suited. But he was fully geared up now and super ripped.

“Move.” Maxim said to Padma. That wasn’t him asking. He was telling her to move. Luckily Foo had managed to switch rather quickly and he threw Flora out in front of Padma. Flora looked up, looking very confused as Maxim grabbed her and picked her up by the neck.

Padma nearly fainted then and there from fright, but she held her ground stoically. Elvira wanted to dive in and back her friend up, but Padma seemed to be holding her own just fine. "R-remember, she's the only one who can save Efi," Padma said, stepping closer to Maxim. "Don't do anything... Rash."

Maxim was only focused on Flora right now. “Fix her. Now.” He demanded from Flora. “M-maxim....lets...t-talk...” Flora was about to say but then maxim strengthened his hold. “The next words from ya mouth betta’ be....I did it.” Maxim said. Flora could tell there was no reasoning with him. And the others were powerless in front of him. Floras body began to glow and then it stopped. “ I...did...it...” Flora said, Maxim could tell from the fear in her eyes that she was telling the truth. He then crushed Floras next with a swift snap that all of them could hear quite clearly. He then dropped her body on the ground and then sunk down underneath the earth. Chances were he was headed back home.

Padma gasped and covered her mouth. That was just so... Heartless. Flora had done bad things but to kill her in such a way left a bad taste in all their mouths. Well... That was that then. They all just kind of stood around in stunned silence, until Robin came round. "Blugh, the hell happened?" she grumbled, rubbing her forehead. Her usually glossy hair was frizzy and frazzled. "You zippity zapped yourself!" Devi said in a singsong voice, skipping over to Robin and helping her up. The cold death of Flora hadn't seemed to affect the child at all.

“I guess...we won.” Dae- jung said. He didnt feel good about saying that. It was more like they survived. “I dont think we’ll have to worry about Maxim anymore.” Foo said as he flew over to Flora’s dead body. He searched her person and there was something there he was looking for. It seemed... it was almost time. “I dont know what you did Robin but that was amazing yeah?” Maui said to Robin, trying not to focus on what had just happened.

"I dunno what I did either," Robin replied to Maui, trying to smooth down her hair. "Does anyone else taste lemon?" She smacked her lips and made a face as they all de-cloaked and went back to their normal clothes. "No, obviously not," Elvira said, going over to the group. Padma was the only one still looking at Flora, and she saw Foo kind of... Examine her. What was that about?

Sunny noticed that too and decided to speak up. “Foo what are you doing?” She asked. Foo looked up at them. “I was looking for a device. I didnt tell you guys this before, but I have no way of getting back to my world without the completed artifact. So since Flora is here I figured she would have something.” Foo told them. “Does she?” Dae-jung asked. “Yes. As a matter of fact she does.” Foo said as he held up a necklace. “With this I can go back.” Foo explained.
