The party was organized beautifully. There was so much food, and decorations and music. It was small, of course, but it had everything they could need for a wedding reception. The two of them were showered with congrats, and hugs, and kisses, and all the love from their friends and family. Jazzmin was over the moon, and was showing everyone how happy her union with Celeste was.

Celeste hadn't let go of Jazzmin for one moment since they had joined in holy matrimony. Not even Jazzmin's family got the chance for solo hugs. It was quite sweet to see. Soon they'd have their first dance, and then eat.

The reception was absolutely lovely and everyone had a fantastic time. It would be a party for them all to remember for a long time, especially Jazzmin and Celeste, as it was the start of their new lives together.

2 years later....

Klu was struggling these days. She had moved in with her lovely girlfriend Lisa, and the two were working on building a life together, but it wasn't going well. Klu was unable to hold down a job to save her life. Ever since she dropped out of college, she had continuously tried to find a stable income, but it was to no avail. She was just....so untalented. She tried her best, but she always kept making mistake after mistake, until eventually she would get fired. She tried being a waitress, she tried working in fast food, she tried being a cashier, but she just couldn't do it. The only thing she could do at the moment was any job that barely made any money, and she was feeling so stressed and dissapointed in herself. Her worst fear was that Lisa would leave such a failure of a person and that thought haunted her constantly.

Leo and Yana's relationship had deteriorated a considerable amount. Leo's overthinking personality had consumed him, and led him to believe that Yana was not with him because she cared, but because he was probably the first person to treat her so nicely. He had taken her to every event, every gathering, every fun filled thing in his life because he deeply cared for her, but maybe she was only close to him because she felt he owed him? He had no idea why this was why he felt this way, but because of it, he no longer wanted to cuddle or kiss or do any of the things they normally did. The thought made him realize that he had initialized all of those things with her, and perhaps he was just forcing her to be so intimate with him. He didnt even think he could talk to her about it, because if he did, and she actually told him that was the case, he was sure he wouldn't be able to take it.

Things were going great for Aj. He had got accepted to a major league team right out of college and was quickly becoming one of the best rookies of the time! He did hate when he had to move around and leave Violet behind in their lovely home, but she was so supportive that it made things so much easier. Aj's relationship with his father had not improved though. Alistar was still not happy that neither of his children wanted to uphold the family legacy. He was happy for them of course, but neither wished to even have a hand in helping with it. This was worrying because Alistar was getting old. At this point all he wanted to do was retire with Tarana and just go live somewhere, but he couldnt because the people of his ever expanding company relied on him so much.

Atticus had graduated with a degree in business, however where he was at the moment was...less than satisfactory. He was in a small time business, trying his best to work his way up, but his boss was not a fan of him, simply because well....Atticus was better at the bosses job than the boss. People actually came up to Atticus for advice or decisions on what they should do, and Atticus always seemed to have the answers. De to this disdain, Atticus was always fighting for promotions but never receiving any. He couldnt quit either, because the pay was good, and if he did he would have to start all over and have it on his record that he quit such a great job. Atticus wanted Ash to keep her current lifestyle, since they were now living together, so he pressed on, doing his best for her and their lives together.

Jazzmin was slowly moving up. Ever since their marriage, Jazzmin was putting herself at full throttle. Her dream was to own a restaurant and finally get a better place to live for her and Celeste. Plus, she could make her own hours, set things the way she wanted, and be with her adoring wife even more. Due to this ambition, Jazzmin had taken on more shifts, tried to get better positions in the kitchen, and basically running herself ragged. It didnt help that Alex kept constantly coming to her and Celeste and offering them money due to him being a big success. Alex had blossomed into an intellectual genius, and thanks to his mothers riches, had started his own business and was doing very well. He knew Jazzmin just needed start up money to get on her feet, but as usual she was too stubborn and insisted on earning the money herself, which had left their relationship somewhat rocky.

Lisa was just as 'untalented' as Klu, but she somehow got lucky with her career and was stable enough in it. That career being in a zoo. She started off doing grunt work, cleaning pens and even manning the cafe when there wasn't enough staff. Then she specifically manned the chinchilla pen, for obvious reasons. Then she became the manager of the South America exhibit entirely, and was working her way up to the senior board of the whole zoo. She might just stay South America manager, though, because all those higher ups never got to do the actual fun bits of being with the animals. Lisa was happy in her job but she wasn't so blinded by it that she couldn't see Klu's suffering. Lisa did what she could to support her darling mentally, as well as financially, but she was beginning to feel like it wasn't enough.

Leo had been quite self-absorbed, because he hadn't noticed that Yana had started initiating contact a lot more recently. Or she would have, if Leo didn't keep shunning her. When Leo started to pull away, Yana wanted to show him more of her feelings because her feelings could no longer be contained for him. So when Leo stopped hugging her back, and started to push her away gently when she hugged him, the feelings became tainted and bad. Maybe Leo never liked her, and just felt obligated to be nice to her. Yana was starting to relive the feelings of being unloved and abandoned from her childhood, despite still having two wonderful mothers. Both of whom had noticed the source of Yana's depression. Shiori was trying her best not to confront the boy about it.

Violet was supportive of A.J., and because of his loving family, her anxiety at him being away was lessened. She trusted him absolutely, it was just the company that he kept which unnerved her. She distracted herself from idle thoughts with her 'job' as an artist and model for Ash's clothing brand. Ash was big in the fashion industry, and always used her friends as models because of their variety in shapes and sizes - not to mention species. So while A.J. was off being a sports star, Violet had a decent fanbase of her own. Though also a fair few unpleasant people knew who she was, and they reminded her of their hatred for her whenever she was photographed with her famous other half.

Ash's brand was booming, so for Atticus to want to provide for her was nonsense. If anything, she wanted to spoil him because he was her darling. Each day she urged him to quit his job and start afresh, they could afford for him to, and anyway he hated that job so to hell with it. Ash still behaved like a sweet summer child in that sense. She did seem to be forcing the positive mental attitude lately, because she hadn't spoken to her father in weeks. He was always pushing his business on her...

Jazzmin being Jazzmin, she kept Celeste in the dark about her brother-in-law's insistence that he help them out financially. Celeste thought they were doing just fine, if living a little frugally. Their small apartment wasn't anywhere fancy, they had enough food thanks to Jazzmin's business, and they were happy which was most important of all. Why would they need anything else? Except... Now that they had been married a few years and were settled, Celeste was starting to crave one other thing she'd wanted her whole life - and it was an expensive, life long commitment...

Klu did her best not to show how miserable she was, but the more time that passed, the harder and harder it was for her to stay positive. It also didnt help that Lisa was supporting the both of them and Klu really wanted to contribute. She never told Lisa, but sometimes the only thought going through Klu's mind was that the only thing she could do was sell her body. That thoughted terrified her, and she hoped it never came to that because she knew Lisa would never forgive Klu. So she kept on, getting job after job and failing at each. One day when Lisa came home, Klu was sprawled out on the bed. It didnt look like her latest job went very well.

With neither of them really communicating what was wrong, things just steadily continued to get worse for Yana and Leo. So bad that some of their friends realized what was going on. Leo was stubborn and refused to talk, so a few of Leo's siblings decided to ask Yana what was going on, because they were not only worried about Leo, but also really concerned about yana, who they treated like family.

Today Aj was in a fantastic mood. Not only was he going to play one of the biggest games of his life, but tonight he was going to be able to go home and see his beloved Violet. Plus tonight he was thinking of popping the big question to her. He knew he traveled a lot, and Violet kept busy, but even so the love between them hadnt faded. Because of this, Aj wanted to make it official. It might also put Violet's mind at ease, because once he was married there would be less and less thirsty girls coming after him and harassing her. He knew it happened and he tried to make it stop, but he could only do so much. Regardless he was going to pop the question tonight over the jumbo tron at his game, so tonight he made sure Violet was watching him.

Atticus had noticed Ash was somewhat forcing her positivity lately, and he knew why. Alistar kept pestering her to run his company even if it was not something she wanted to do. He felt bad for Ash, but he also understood Alistar wanting to keep the business in the family. It was certainly a conundrum that they faced. Today, however, none of that mattered, because Atticus finally did the thing Ash kept telling him to do. He quit!! His boss had snapped at him over something trivial and all of Atticus's pushed down feelings about their incompetence finally came to the surface. He laid it out for his former boss and he was sure that Ash would be very proud of him.

Jazzmin didnt want Celeste to worry about Alex. He was her problem and she would handle him. Plus the day had finally arrived!! Jazzmin checked all the money they had saved up for her restaurant and after weeks of looking she found the most ideal location! She was now ready to buy the restaurant of her dreams. Jazzmin knew something had been on Celeste's mind, how could she not?, and Jazzmin assumed it was the fact that the restaurant had not opened yet. So roday she was excited to head home and share the exciting news with Celeste.

Lisa wordlessly went over to Klu and sat beside her, rubbing her head. "No good?" she asked quietly. At one point, she'd offered Klu a job at the zoo, saying she'd put in a good word for her. Now that she was a manager, she could just straight up give Klu a job. But Klu had become offended the one and only time she suggested this, so Lisa never brought it up again. It was understandable that Klu would want to find her own job for a sense of well-being. So all of the support their friends offered had been turned down.

Those siblings were Aurora and Orion, who were probably closer to Leo than any of his other siblings were. They invited her to hang out with them and their partners at the park, where it was cold but the flowers were starting to pop up at the beginning of spring. Yana was distracted by the beauty of nature, but she figured she knew why they had invited her here. They all sat down on a little bridge over a river, letting their legs dangle down, looking into the flowing water beneath them.

Even though Violet had appeared on billboards and ad campaigns, and had 'performed' of sorts in front of crowds, Violet wasn't really one for spectacle. Especially cheesy spectacle. Her and A.J.'s relationship was mostly a private one, at least from her side. She wasn't sure if A.J. talked about it with others much, but she certainly didn't. At any rate, that night she had joined the Radcliffe family at their manor with her father to watch A.J.'s big game. Their other friends were there too. (We'll just say this is happening on another day to everything else lol.]

Ash would be proud of him for sure, but then she would worry about the financial aspect of things. Not that she needed to, of course. If Atticus walked out of a job like that, what would it look like to future employers? When Atti got home, Ash was in the middle of cooking dinner. There were about a million sketches and scraps of material spread out over the kitchen floor and table - this was her planning for the next season. She was so deeply focused on cooking some horrendous abomination that she didn't notice her boyfriend come in.

Celeste had a really awful day at work. Two of the case she'd been handed had 'ended', which only meant one thing in her profession, and she had a mountain of paperwork to complete for each one. She hated paperwork, not only because it was tedious and hard, but because it took her away from the front line where she was needed. Plus she had to go into the office to do it, which was a grim environment by all accounts. So any kind of good news when she got home would be well received.

"mmmmmmmpff..." Klu said into the pillow when Lisa came over. She liked the rubbing but eventually came up off the pillow. "I dont know what I keep doing wrong. I know I'm clumsy, but I tried really hard.They told me they needed someone with more experience. But I cant get experience if nobody will give me a chance to gain it." Klu said, going over the classic conundrum of job hunting. "its getting harder and harder each day...." Klu said quietly.

Orion just decided to go into the problem rather than skirt around it. "So we all wanted to know what's been going on with you and Leo lately Yana? We all care about the both of you and we've realized something has been wrong." Orion said. He just wanted to get to the heart of this, and Yana was usually pretty good with directness.

Aj couldnt help but brag about his lovely girlfriend. How could he not? She was always on his mind. He wanted everyone, or at least anyone who wasnt constantly hearing about it, to know how much he loved her. So the night of the big game came and Aj was on his A game. he had scored for his team several times and was the mvp. Alistar couldnt help but be proud. He was a Radcliffe, and Radcliffe's always succeeded. Aj was excited because the halftime show was coming and that was when he was going to deliver his big news. However, right before the final buzzer....it happened. Aj decided to zig when he should have zagged and he got caught in a massive pile up. The whole crowd went quiet as they all got off the pile and Aj was laying under them all...motionless.

Atticus smiled slightly as he saw everything all over the floor. Typical Ash. It was one of the things Atticus loved about her though. He moved a lot of the paper so he could make a path as he came up and hugged Ash. "Good evening Ash. Guess who is once again a potential job hunter?" Atticus told her.

Jazzmin had arrived home a little earlier than Celeste this day. Since her current job knew of her circumstances, they let her go, happy that she was able to get what she wanted. It being rare for her to get home earlier than Celeste, Jazzmin decided to cook up a special celebratory dinner for the both of them. She was in such a good mood, Cleste could probably detect it through the door when she walked in .

Lisa knew that struggle, but when she suggested volunteering to gain experience, that hadn't gone down well either. She wasn't sure of the reason that that had upset Klu, honestly. But when Klu said it was getting harder each day, Lisa didn't think she was talking about jobs. "C'mon now, hun," she said soothingly, gently caressing her hair around those adorable little antlers of hers. "It won't last forever. You'll get to where ya wanna be 'n then you'll forget all the bad you're feelin' now... I love ya," she added. Lately it seemed like Lisa's love wasn't even making Klu happy anymore. Did Lisa even mean anything to Klu these days?

Yana always appreciated directness, and she could count on all of Leo's siblings to be direct in varying ways. Orion bravely diving into a topic, Andromeda being blunt and aggressive, Aurora's airy fairyness asking straight up questions so sweetly, and the younger ones just being young and inquisitively getting straight to the point. It was only Leo who didn't do that, really. "Leo has pushing me away," she said. "I am try to express self more, but Leo don't want... Me." Aurora gave Orion a look. Hadn't Leo vented to them a few times about how Yana never expressed herself?

"Oh come on," Violet muttered at the big screen TV, rolling her eyes. A.J. had succumbed to a pile up? He'd probably get up any moment now. Not even his mother, who was incredibly protective of her adult children, seemed worried that he was on the ground. Her son was a big and strong boy! Ash even laughed a bit. But he wasn't moving still. "Oh my god, is he seriously hurt?" Ash asked, squinting at the screen. That couldn't be right, it was hardly anything out of the ordinary for a heavy contact sport. Violet and Tarana had gone silent.

"Hmm?" Ash hummed, jumping slightly from Atticus' surprise approach. "Oh, hi honey." She kissed his cheek. Over the frothing and fizzing of what she was cooking, she thought she heard him say something strange. "What do you mean?" she asked, holding up a spoon for him to try some of her food. It wouldn't taste very nice.

Celeste more often than not worked from home, so Jazzmin knew it would be a bad day when Celeste wasn't home when she got back. Sure enough, almost three hours after Jazzmin, Celeste got home. She could smell cooking from outside the front door, and when she opened it, a golden wave of warm, herby, fulfilling scent washed over Celeste. God in Heaven, hallowed by thy name, Jazzmin's cooking was more heavenly than the divine kingdom itself. Two people had died and Celeste had been unable to help them - but that great burden was lifted just from the smell of Jazzmin's cooking alone. Wearing a smile of relief, Celeste shrugged off her outdoor clothes and padded into the kitchen silently to watch Jazzmin cook. Much like watching Violet painting or Ash sewing, it was mesmerising.

Klu's issue with that was that volunteering was not producing revenue. That's what she wanted to do for the both of them. Klu was just feeling more and more useless. She knew Lisa loved her, and she loved Lisa so much, but it did not make these feelings of self loathing go away. Lisa meant everything to Klu, but for Klu it felt like she could not do enough to validate their feelings of love. "I....love you too." Klu said to lisa. "Im going... to go take a shower." Klu said to Lisa as she got up. She didnt want Lisa to see her crying.

He did. And hearing the both of them speak, Orion was beginning to paint a picture of what was going on. "Tell us Yana, how do you normally try to express your feelings for Leo?" Orion asked. Perhaps with some more insight, they might be able to find a solution.

The worry began to set in further when the game was put on halt and an ambulance came in to wheel him away. The announcer came on. "It seems that Alistar Junior may have suffered heavy injuries from the pile up. Alistar Junior is generally known for shrugging these kinds of impacts off but it seems during the play his leg and neck and caught at severe angles and they may prove to be worse than feared." The announcer said. "Everyone get to the car. We need to go there now." Alistar said quickly getting up.

Even so Atticus still tried it. Ugh it wasnt good but his mood was too good for him to care. "I was finally able to quit that horrible job. My boss came to me with more mistakes than should have been possible for one in their position, and I just....I lost it. I told them all how I felt and unprofessional the boss was and I just up and gave them my resignation." Atticus said with some pride.

What made the cooking even better was that Jazzmin was signing. She only did that when she was in a really good mood. And with all the work and stress from working Celeste hadnt properly heard her sing in quite a while. She was dancing, cooking and singing as she waited for Celeste to get home, not even realizing that Celeste was staring at her while she put the finishing touches on a new dish Jazzmin whipped up for them.

Lisa tried to lighten the mood a bit, because they both needed it. "Mind if I join?" she asked playfully. "I stink of chinchilla pee~." She wiggled her fingers and started chasing after Klu, knowing she was a bit squeamish about smells. She also figured that Klu was crying, as if turning her face away and leaving the room didn't make it super obvious.

Yana thought about that. "I am hugging and touching. Sometimes I am saying nice things." She realised, when she thought about it, that she'd only started doing these things recently, just as Leo started to move away. "Did I not... Do enough?"

Tarana went into panic mode and sprinted straight out the door to the car, forgetting any and all essentials and just wanting to be with her son immediately. But Violet was frozen to the spot,
staring at the TV screen. Her father shook her a bit, but then decided to just drag her after the Radcliffes, while all their guests started to leave out of respect.

Ash finally looked at Atticus properly and slowly smiled. "You goof," she teased, wiping a splodge of food on his nose. "You really did it, huh? Well done." She would have been more excitable about it, but she must have been tired.

Celeste really was reminded every day why she married Jazzmin. She'd loved Jazzmin before they got married, but her love had kept growing and growing as the months and years went by. Her love for Jazzmin was everything. Celeste knew what Jazzmin was singing, so she started singing too, contributing her willowy voice to Jazzmin's soulful sound. She hugged Jazzmin from behind and kissed her cheek lovingly.

Normally Klu would have laughed and enjoying being chased by Lisa. It always made her happy when Lisa tried to lighten the mood and they played around. But today....she just wasnt feeling it. "n-no you go ahead and take a shower. Ill go in after." Klu said to Lisa, still doing her best not to have Lisa see her crying.

"I dont think it's that you havent done enough sweetheart. I think what's going on in that knuckleheaded brother of mines head is that he is having trouble seeing those things you do as affectionate. Perhaps instead of small things the time has come for you to do something big and grande to prove how much you truly love him and break him out of whatever funk he's in right now." Orion suggested. His brother was always an over analyzer so if she did something to break him free of his mind set, Orion was sure Leo would return to normal.

they quickly all got on private transit and made their way to where Aj was. Meanwhile, Aj had no idea what was going on. At the moment all he could hear were voices and panicked screams, but couldnt move. It was frightening and the only thing he really wanted right now was just to have Violet beside him, which he knew was impossible since she wasnt even in the same city at the moment.

"Thank you. Your advice was sound, that place was nothing but poison to me. I am a bit saddened by not working, but Im sure a new opportunity will present itself." Atticus said. "You sound very exhausted. Perhaps you should go rest?" Atticus said to Ash.

Jazzmin jumped in surprise but didnt stop singing because she loved hearing her beloveds voice. Once the song was done Jazzmin stopped what she was doing and turned and gave Celeste a proper kiss. "Hello my wonderful fantastic love. I have the most exciting happy news!!!!" Jazzmin said excitedly after she was done planting a huge smooch on Celeste.

This was out of character, because Klu normally always went along with things, even when she was in her worst moods. "Klu," Lisa said in a deflated tone, lowering her hands. "I wanna shower with ya. Please?" She couldn't bare to see Klu like this.

Aurora didn't want to suggest that maybe Leo had just fallen out of love as some people were inclined to do, but at any rate this would be a learning curve for Yana. An emotional one. "Big gesture?" Yana asked, not sure what she could do with this information. "There are a few things we find romantic," Aurora told Yana. "Red roses are considered a very loving gift." That might be a good idea, but Leo had mild hay fever. "I know. You should watch some classic romance movies, they have plenty of ideas in them."

Violet was in a similar kind of limbo, as she saw were vague blurry shapes and the world sounded like it was underwater. Someone was weeping nearby her. Someone else was holding her hand and stroking the back of her head. She'd scoffed, when she saw A.J. injured... Imagine that, laughing at something that could potentially end it all. The car felt like it was going really fast around bends. It was a long way to go to get to where A.J. was, but they had a fast vehicle designed for crossing countries in hours rather than days. It wouldn't be long until they got to where they needed to be.

Ash shook her head. "It's nothing... Heeeeeyyyyyy." She perked up when an idea came to her, something she couldn't believe she'd not thought of before now. "You need a new job... My father needs someone to take on his business... Attiiiiii~." She turned to her boyfriend and smiled slyly at him. "How about you, you know...?"

Celeste couldn't help giggling. She figured what Jazzmin's good news might be, but would let her say it anyway. "Oh, really? And what is that?" she asked, slinging her arms loosely around Jazz's waist and staring lovingly into her eyes.

Klu was feeling really down, but she didn't want her beloved to hate her. "...ok. Ill go start the water." Klu said with a weak smile as she headed towards the bathroom. Who knows maybe showering with Lisa would bring her mood up, but for some reason Klu felt as if she was falling down a pit, and it was getting deeper and deeper the more time passed by. Lisa lifted her out of it a bit but she could stop her from falling and the sensation was making Klu feel sick.

Orion didnt want that to be the case, so he hoped helping Yana would fix their relationship. "I agree. Watch a few things but do something new that you havent done before. I think that will make Leo see how serious your feelings for him are." Orion said. If this didnt work then...maybe they werent meant for each other, which would be really sad.

It took a couple hours but they had finally arrived at the hospital. They met a few of Aj's teammates, the ones who were good people, who informed the Radcliffe family of what happened up until this point. Aj hadnt woken up and the doctors were worried that the pain he suffered from his injuries had put him into a coma. The reason this happened is because he had actually tripped on a malfunctioning sprinkler on the field (actually happened to my dad) and that caused him to lose his momentum and receive the full force of the pile up.

Atticus....kind of liked that idea. Running the Radcliffe company would probably be the best job of all time. However there was a huge problem with that. "That would actually be really great but...do you think your father would willingly give over control of his company to someone not officially in the family? Im sure he wants to keep someone with his name in charge which is the big issue isnt it?" Atticus said.

"weellll the day has finally come! I have amassed the money we need to open up the restaurant!! I even found a cute little place in the perfect location!! The dream is finally about to come to fruition!!" Jazzmin said. She wanted to say our dream, but she knew Celeste wasnt as invested as Jazzmin was in this. However, with her dream fulfilled they would be able to live the life they wanted to live and they would be all the happier for it!!!

Lisa watched Klu with a smile, which fell from her face as soon as Klu left the room. She cared deeply for Klu, so deeply, but it was starting to get hard to feel more than that for her... She followed her a moment later, stripping naked alongside her girlfriend.

Yana took this advice to heart and nodded enthusiastically, cheering up at the thought that Leo might yet become hers again. She went home and shared this idea with her mothers, who thought it was good - mostly. They made sure Yana didn't do anything she wasn't comfortable with, including giving her 'the talk' again. No need for Yana to effectively sell herself to get some boy back. Anyway, they set abour researching romance, watching movies from centuries gone by about wooing. Pretty soon, Yana had a plan and she was ready.

Ash, in her state of panic, went off on one at the nearest footballer. "What do you mean?! He was hurt in a pile up?! He's been in pile ups his whole life!" she snapped. Something was amiss here, a huge guy like A.J. didn't suddenly pass out from the pain of a few other dudes running into him. Tarana shushed her daughter and thanked A.J.'s teammates for the information. Violet hadn't heard any of it. Her father had his arm around her but she felt totally isolated and alone, in a black void.

"Pfft," Ash said. "You've been part of this family since before we even dated. He might be against the idea at first, I'll admit. The man sure loves his name." Her being called Alice and A.J. literally being Alistar junior, after all. "But he loves you like a son, Atti. He knows how smart you are, there's no doubt he'll take you under his wing."

Celeste's face, her whole body in fact, lit up with joy. "Oh my goodness that's the best news!" she said, squeezing Jazzmin tightly in her arms. "I'm so proud of you, Jazz! Can you show me it?! When are you going to start it up? What can I do to help? Oh, oh, oh my goodness." She always felt like a derp when she happy cried, it was a terribly childish habit, but those happy tears were falling like a waterfall down her face already.

Klu stripped down as well and they both got into a warm bath, wrapped around each other. Klu didnt talk for a while but then she finally said something. "Lisa....I love you. I...want you to know that. I will do better. I promise." Klu said as she snuggled up to Lisa. Klu wanted the warmth and love coming from Lisa to just fix all of her problems and make the bad feelings go away. It was certainly helping but...Klu was still being swallowed up. She had to do something or she would be completely consumed.

Leo realized that he hadnt spoken to or seen Yana in a while. Maybe she finally realized how much she didnt care for him and left. Or maybe it was because he had been pushing her away and she finally got fed up. Leo honestly didnt know what he wanted from Yana, and it was making so many emotions swirl around inside his gut. He sighed as he decided to just head back towards his dorm.

The other football players actually figured out what had happened. It was kind of simple....Aj was distracted. And when he got distracted he simply let his guard down. They all knew why he was too. It was because of his proposal to Violet. It must have been so nerve wracking that he let his mind wander away from the game. they wouldnt say anything about it though, and just prayed that their friend and best teammate pulled through this. A while more passed and the doctors came out with good and bad news. Bad news was that Aj sustained some heavy injuries to his leg. It would take some time to heal, and it was hard to say if more football would be optimal for his future. The good news was that he regained consciousness and that he was asking for Violet.

"hmmmm....I would very much like to be a part of your fathers company. It is one of the biggest companies in the world after all, and is expanding further out into the reaches of space. I would hope that our relationship would also show him that I would do your family name proud..." Atticus said thinking it over. "Alright. If you and Aj are ok with it, I would like to try to convince your father to let me take your places." Atticus said.

Jazzmin loved the happy tears, because she started doing them too as she hugged her wife lovingly. "Ill show you everything! and of course I want you to be a part of it! Im thinking of starting up within the month!" Jazzmin said, answering all of Celestes questions while they were celebrating. "But before all that, I want you to eat the amazing celebratory dinner I prepared!" Jazzmin said with a grin.

[Shower.] Lisa could vaguely hear Klu murmuring over the rush of the water around them. "Hey now," she said, wrapping her arms around her comfortingly. "Do better if ya want, but only do better by you. Ain't gotta worry 'bout pleasin' me, I'll love ya no matter rain nor shine baby doll." Inside she felt a pang, but she ignored it. "Just do ya best, that's all." She kissed her forehead and nakedly cuddled her beneath the warm cascade of water.

Leo saw something strange on the floor as he walked up to his dorm, but probably didn't pay attention to it at first. Here and there were red and pink petals. The closer he got to his room, the more frequent the petals got.

It seemed like something other than that was amiss, but they wouldn't think about it too hard now that A.J. was awake. Violet didn't even need to hear that he was asking for her, she bolted out of her seat and sprinted into A.J.'s room, while the others hung back in teary relief. Tarana was trembling.

Ash shrugged. "As if Ani knows anything about what dad does, or has any interest in it," she said dismissively. "I don't think you'll need to convince my father much. Oh, I'm so excited!" She knew how much Atti had wanted a job that gave him proper meaning and purpose, and now he would have this!

"Y-yes, of course," Celeste said, wiping her running nose on the back of her hand. "A-and, some wine to celebrate!" It wasn't really wine, more like sparkling apple juice that the Radcliffes had brought back from a holiday abroad. It was only for the most special of occasions, and it was what they'd had on their wedding day. While Jazzmin plated up, Celeste served some chilled 'wine' and made the table look a bit nicer.

Klu smiled weakly as she hugged onto Lisa. She would do her best to get rid of this feeling, for hers as well as Lisa's sake. They continued to shower together like they always did. Once they got out and put on their pajamas, Klu told lisa to head to bed. She wasnt ready to go to sleep just yet.

It did take a second for Leo to notice that there were petals all over the place. He was confused as he headed towards his dorm and saw even more. What was this about? He kept going and saw more as he slowly approached his door. He opened it and saw the petals heading towards his room.

When Violet entered the room,Aj was laying there with a huge cast surrounding his leg. He also looked a bit beat up. He had just woken up so when he saw Violet he gave her a weak but incredibly happy smile.

"I am excited as well. Even though you may think he will accept me easily I think I will still prepare a presentation to show him how much I can contribute." Atticus said. He was always like this, but she could tell how excited he was for this.

Jazzmin thought it was so adorable how Celeste would call this cider wine. It gave her cute tummy tickles when Celeste did things like this. Even though they had been married for a few years, Celeste was still as adorable as ever. They ate their amazing food and drank their "wine" happily for a while. "How about we take a bubble bath?~" Jazzmin said excitedly. Celeste could probably tell what that would lead to, since that was usually what Jazzmin intended when she wanted a bath.

"Don't be long," Lisa told Klu, rubbing her arm and kissing her. She didn't know what Klu was going off to do, probably cry and sulk for a bit. It was heartbreaking that Klu thought Lisa didn't know she did that, and that she wanted to hide it. Even so, Lisa went into their bedroom without Klu, but she waited and listened at the door.

There were, in fact, only a couple of petals in his room, and it looks like they had been slid under the door alongside a little piece of pink cardboard. On it was a heart drawn in black felt, with the words 'look out the window' written in it. That straight, perfectly neat handwriting was characteristic of Yana. As there was only one window in his tiny dorm, that being in his bedroom, she must have meant to look through there.

Violet was holding it together until that moment, but when she saw A.J. her tears started flowing down her face. She made a low moaning sound and walked slowly over towards the bed. Words wouldn't come to her, so she just leaned over A.J. and put her forehead on his.

Ash did a little dance on her feet, and kissed Atticus on the cheek. "This is so exciting! Oh... Do you smell burning?" She looked over her shoulder at where her already overworked meal was sizzling to a crisp.

Celeste was clearing away the dishes, and she looked back at Celeste with a shy smile. "That sounds like a good way to end the day," she murmured as she went over to the fridge, and pulled out two plates with small chocolate mousse cakes on them. "Shall we have dessert in the bath?" They sometimes like to play around with their food, it was probably the naughtiest thing Celeste would ever do.

Klu took a deep breath as she walked into the kitchen. She shakily took out a knife and just....stared at it. It would be so easy to do. Just end it all. Make this pain go away, give Lisa a chance to find someone who wasnt trash like her. Just one slit and it would all end. No more pain. No more fear. No more of this horrible swirling turmoil that was bubbling up inside of her. Klu had done this kind of thing more frequently as of late. And each time the knife got closer and closer to her neck. this time....Klu actually poked her neck and drew blood, then immediately threw the knife on the ground gasping for air. Whenever she was about to end it, Lisa's crying face popped up and she couldnt go through. She almost did it tonight though....she needed help.

Leo was very confused about this, since Yana had not done anything like this before. He didnt know where this was leading so he just went along with it, a strange feeling of excitement bubbling up inside his chest. He went into his bedroom and looked out the window, wondering what was out there.

Aj smiled, although he was crying a bit too as he wrapped his arms around her. "Hey it's ok babe. Im still here don't worry." Aj said in a raspy voice, doing his best to console his crying girlfriend. He hated seeing her cry, and he knew she must have been so worried about him, especially after seeing him like this.

Atticus did smell burning and he swiftly went over and removed whatever was burning away. This didnt happen often, but sometimes when she was doing too much Ash could be known to burn things. "I think it can still be salvaged." Atticus said.

Jazzmin gave Celeste a naughty smile. "hehe I think we should. Afterwards Im going to put on something new I bought a long time ago for you. Ive been saving it for the day I was able to give you this awesome news.~" Jazzmin said excitedly.

Lisa didn't hear anything for a long while, and nearly went to bed. Then she heard Klu gasp and a clatter of metal against the floor. Quickly she opened the door and stormed down the corridor, calling out to Klu as she grabbed the phone on her way. She rounded the door and saw Klu's neck bleeding slightly, and a knife on the ground.

Outside Leo's window was like a scene out of a movie - or a few movies. Yana was sat in the middle of a huge pile of petals, which had been scattered in the shape of a heart. Beside the petals was an ancient boombox radio, playing some songs that Leo enjoyed. Yana was holding a little box of chocolates, which looked homemade, and was wearing a pretty sundress. It insulted her hugely and hurt her feelings when Leo said she looked nice in dresses, but she sucked it up today and wore it for him. She tried to smile up at him, but she was so nervous.

A.J. could move and talk normally, like he hadn't just been knocked unconscious by a huge collision - good. Surprising, but good. Violet had been wary of hugging him, but she put her arms around his shoulders now without hesitation. Words were never her strong suit in these situations, so she let her body do the talking. A.J. knew that, for sure.

"Aww, you shouldn't have told me," Celeste said. She loved Jazzmin's pleasant surprises. They took their plated desserts and went to the bathroom, where Celeste ran a warm bath infused with all of their bubbles and scents.

Klu was distraught but then Lisa came in and the feeling only got worse. "I...the knife got stuck in the drawer, and when I tried to pull it out I accidentally flung it and it stabbed me. I got lucky it didnt hit me that hard but it just surprised me....Sorry if I woke you up." Klu said. That was clearly a lie, but she didnt want Lisa to know how close Klu had come to killing herself.

Leo was...taken aback to say the least. What was this? Yana was hitting Leo with so many romantic attacks he couldnt process them fast enough. He stared at her stupidly for a few moments before he opened his window. "Im coming down." He said. He quickly ran down to her and was soon standing in front of her. "Yana what....what is all this?" He asked her. He was nervous for some reason now too.

That was probably due to the pain killers, truthfully. Once they wore off, he might not be moving so much. Aj did understand her body language, so for now they just hugged each other for a while in silence. After a couple of minutes Aj started coughing and they let go. "Can you...get me some water?" He asked her.

Jazzmin just gave Celeste a cute little laugh as she went to prepare her lingerie. Once that was done she headed to the bathroom, completely naked of course, as she was ready to get in the bath with her sweetheart.

Lisa just stared back at Klu. It was like she was feeling every negative emotion at once, but also nothing at all. With an odd serenity, Lisa turned and walked away, only to return a few moments later with Klu's jacket and shoes. After draping the jacket across her shoulders, she dropped the shoes at her feet and took hold of her wrist firmly, leading her towards the front door.

Yana went over what she was meant to say in her head one more time, and then mentally threw away her script. After all, romance was about planning some things, and being spontaneous in others! She supposed, at least. "Leo, I am sorry," she said, her English better than it ever had been. "I am not good at expressing my feelings in ways you are used to. This," she gestured to the petals and her dress, "is new to me. But what is not new is my feelings for you. You were my first friend here. You have guided me and protected me, taught me and encouraged me. How could I not fall in love with you?" Wow, speaking so fluently and so much really hurt her processors.

Violet hastily wiped her eyes and leapt out of bed, to go and fetch some water in a plastic cup from a fountain outside the room. His family looked at her expectantly, and she wasn't sure if he would be up to a barrage of kisses and hugs from his mother and sister. "He's awake," was all she whispered. They already knew this, but hearing it from Violet soothed Tarana, who shed a few tears from joy.

Celeste had the bath all ready for them, with luscious bubbles and an infusion of lavender, rose hip, and jasmine. Their favourite scents. She was wearing one of her silken kimonos, which she knew drove Jazzmin wild. It was her favourite thing to let it slip off her shoulders and watch Jazzmin's reaction to her revealing her glowing naked body beneath. Which is what she did when Jazzmin entered the bathroom, revealing her peachy ass to her. It was an ass that had nothing on Jazzmin's, but Jazz seemed to like it. She smiled back at her wife as she stepped into the bath and beckoned to her.

Klu barely had time to put the shoes on before Lisa grabbed her and started pulling her somewhere. The quiet was making Klu feel incredibly distressed and was giving her anxiety. Why wasn't Lisa saying anything? Klu didnt know if she should say anything, because just from the feeling Lisa was giving her, anything she said would probably only hurt this situation. Klu was scared but she just let Lisa lead her to wherever next they were going.

Leo....was so speechless. He had no idea how to react. He...had not taught Yana any of this. None of it at all. Which meant...so everything he had done...everything he had been thinking....The realization of how horrible he had been to her and what had gone on between them due to Leo being lost in his own mind made Leo start to cry. Tears streamed down his face as he walked up to her and hugged her tightly. "Yana Im...Im so sorry....I love you too but...my stupid brain thought that you didnt actually like me. That you were just copying what I initiated towards you and that if I actually told you how I felt...you would just leave and think I was dumb or an idiot. Im so sorry of all the shit I've been doing. Im the dumbest idiot on the face of the Earth!" Leo said.

Alistar was also visibly relieved as well as he let out a big sigh. When Violet returned with the water, a nurse had entered just before her with Medicine for Aj. It was clear she was a fan, but she straightened up when Violet came in. "It's ok to give him water, but do it really slowly. His throat is going to be very dry from the anesthetic." She said. "Can my love stay with me?" Aj said. Seemed whatever medicine she gave him kicked in quickly. "Of course." She said with a smile.

Jazzmin was so unbelievably giddy as she went and entered the bathroom with her beloved. Once they had played around and enjoyed each others company, it was getting pretty late. So after cleaning up they decided to call it early, Jazzmin really excited for tomorrow.

Lisa cajoled Klu into the passenger seat of their car, then got behind the wheel and drove off into the night. They didn't often drive, it was expensive and both of them were bad at it, so this was a sign that Lisa was taking what Klu had done very seriously. After a while, Klu could tell they were headed in the direction of the hospital. Parking here was expensive as hell too, but they parked up in the lot anyway. Lisa again got out and pulled Klu out by the arm, not letting her get away.

Oh Yana hated tears, she couldn't cry herself but she knew that tears meant true sadness. Her mothers cried sometimes and it made Yana feel powerless. Now Leo was crying too?! She shook her head and hugged him back, wanting to comfort him. His words did make her feel vindicated, knowing that this whole thing hadn't been entirely her fault, but Leo's sorrow took away from this small victory. "L-Leo," she stammered. Her processors were overheating from all these emotions and all the effort she'd put into her display, now she was reduced to a dumb wreck only able to cling to Leo and rub her face in his fuzz.

Over the years, Violet had grown numb to the feeling of triumph when A.J. turned down other women for her. Being with someone as gorgeous, famous, and kind as A.J. sure came with its setbacks, but it was all worth it behind closed doors. Violet just nodded at the nurse, who she saw more as someone doing a great job rather than a simpering fan girl.Violet stumbled over to the bed and sat down beside A.J. with a cup of water.

This was making Klu's nerves go on overdrive. She needed to get away, but at every opportunity Lisa was making it impossible for her. All this money. The car ride, the parking and now actually going into the hospital? If she was charged into the hospital the fees alone would be staggering. Lisa had a good job, but Klu was just a worthless penniless loser. She chouldnt help pay for the bill and that made her anxiety go crazy. When they stopped and lisa tried to pull her out of the car, Klu resisted. "N-No. Lisa...its too much." Klu finally said.

Leo knew this and he was sure Yana was having a hard time accepting his tears. He hugged onto her for a little longer then let go. He gave her his best smile although it was hard to do through his tears. "Im a-alright. S-sorry. I was overcome....Im so sorry for everything that I've put you through. I really do love you so much. Please give me a chance to prove it to you." Leo said. After she had done this for him, now he had to show her how much she meant to him, in whatever way he could.

Aj took the water like he had never had water before, but with Violet controlling how much he had, it went down smoothly. He sighed as he started to stroke Violets thigh. That's how she could tell he was getting sleepy. Whenever he was extremely tired, he would stroke some part of her, be it her hair, her leg, her arm, her face, etc. The nurse nodded as she went to get the nurse and let everyone else in. She told them he was passing out so not to rain him with too much affection.
