Faava seemed to have the same idea. “Lets get us some outfits and pay a visit to the warlord.” Faava said. They quickly made their way into the room, sticking to the shadows, and before the woman could go and join Polarus Faava came up to her covering her mouth.

Atlas gave the woman a reassuring smile as she changed into some strange outfit. Seemed it was Polarus' preference, because the woman was wearing something like it now too. The woman had a smaller physique than Faava, so it would be up to Atlas to approach Polarus in this disguise. After a few seconds, she tiptoed meekly into the halflight for Polarus to notice her presence.

He noticed her presence, but didnt seem to recognize that she wasnt the woman he spoke with earlier. “You, bring me my food. Im feeling somewhat peckish.” Polarus said, as he laid in his bed. He was pretty defenseless so if Atlas attacked, Faava would come in and assist.

Atlas realised this was the perfect time, but she wanted to get closer to Polarus before making her move. So she tiptoed over to the side of the room where there was a huge pile of food. Greedy pig. The people on this planet were starving, Faava had told her, and here he was stuffing his face, and not to mention killing and raping the citizens. She put some meats on a platter and then sauntered silently over to Polarus, keeping her face down.

Polarus had still not noticed she was different as he lazily laid on his bed and held his hand out so she could put the food platter under it. “Do you wish to test my patience? Hurry along.” Polarus said.

Holding her breath, Atlas scuttled over and put the plate beneath Polarus' hand. There was a gap there so she decided to pick up a piece of meat and place it into his hand for him.

Polarus grasped the meat and then made a shooing motion at Atlas so she would go away as he enjoyed his treat.

Huh, that was to be expected, supposed Atlas. Alright, the plan was to do as much damage as possible in the quickest way, but Faava had to be here too because Atlas hadn't memorised all of his weak spots. Not to mention, they'd discussed that Atlas would not be the one to kill him... Taking a deep breath, Atlas gripped all of the atoms in the room and collapsed them inwards, crushing them all in towards Polarus and squeezing him between them. The building above them was no longer supported and started to shake. This was Faava's signal to join the fray.

Faava quickly acted upon the signal and flew into the room. She brandished her sword and swung it hard towards polarus. She had hoped they could end it with just that but things never went easily. Polarus was certainly confused by whatever it was had happened but polarus had been alive for many many many years. He had been in countless fights and his senses were sharp. So he was briefly incapacitated by atlas attack but he could move just enough to send out a shockwave from his hand and knock back faava and atlas.

Atlas grunted and dug her feet into the floor, but still skidded backwards over the rubble. She staggered and tripped backwards over one piece, but caught herself and flew high up in the air. They had to keep up the attack! So Atlas gathered more rocks from the ground and sent them flying towards Polarus again.

Faava flew back but stabbed her sword into the ground so she managed to stop herself. Atlas was right they had to keep pressure on him. Faava rushed him and swung her sword at him. Polarus used his arm to block the rocks and used his leg to block Faavas sword. “Hmm. Interesting coordination.” Polarus said.

Now Polarus was only on one leg, so Atlas sent a pillar flying towards his supporting leg to knock him over.

That would have worked however...Polarus hovered in the air. Faava pushed harder and kicked at him, screaming at the same time. Her energy was rising as they fought. Polarus Grolwed as he tossed Faava away and turned to Atlas. “YOu seem to be the real threat.” Polarus said ash flew quickly towards Atlas.

The pair of them had thought up multiple plans for any circumstance, including one where he fixated on Atlas as the more powerful one. Atlas flew backwards through a window and up into the sky, facing Polarus the whole time to see what he would do.

Of course he followed after her as they went through the window. This plan was probably not the best because it revealed that Faava could fly. But it was fine they would deal with this. Faava flew after them but kept out of Polarus vision. Meanwhile, Polarus was after Atlas, striking at her with his claw hands.

Atlas dodged out of the way of Polarus' swipes a few times, and then pushed down on him with a strong force, hoping to smash him into the ground or at least give him a huge height disadvantage.

Despite the force she put into it, Polarus did not move very much from her force. “Hmph you’ve got quite a bit of strength to you. This may be amusing.” Polarus said as he straightened up and then took a fighting stance. “I have taken one of your blows. Perhaps we shall see if you can take one of mine.” Polarus said. Instantly Polarus was upon atlas and punched her very hard in the stomach. His speed was incredible.

Whoa! Faava had mentioned Polarus' super speed, but experiencing it first hand was something else. Atlas cringed in pain but only flew back a little way. The bead of her father was glowing, giving her the strength and stoicism she needed to stand up to this. "Y-you call that a blow," she grunted, straightening up mid air. Ugh, it felt like he'd opened up that ancient stab wound of hers...

“Hmph, cocky arent we?” Polarus said. From behind he got blasted in the back by Faava who was finally joining the battle.

Atlas didn't like to be cocky but it needed to be done. Faava had created a brief distraction, which was enough to create an opening for her. Atlas zipped forward right towards Polarus and double punched him right in the gut with a gravity assisted punch.

Polarus took the hit and was pushed back a few feet in the air. Faava came up behind him again and slashed at his back, which seemed to work as Polarus yelled out in pain and growled. He turned around and grabbed Faava by the head and then tossed her at Atlas then shot an energy blast at the both of them.

"Look out!" Atlas yelped, grabbing Faava out of the air and throwing herself between Faava and the energy blast. It hit her back and burned her, but not much. She whimpered before turning to face Polarus again.

“Atlas! Are you alright?” Faava said to atlas. Damnit that was such a stupid mistake. “Hmmm. Faava and Atlas. Interesting names.” Polarus said. He held up his hand and shot a couple more blasts at them. Faava moved the both of them away. “We gotta get close to him Atlas, long distance isn’t gonna do us any favors.” Faava told her.

"I'm fine," Atlas grunted, pulling Faava close to her. "Alright, I'm going to fly at him fast. Hold on." It was really the only thing she could think of.

‘Wait. I have an idea.” Faava whispered to Atlas. Polarus was humoring them, just watching and waiting for whatever they had next. “Lets go with our second to last plan. Keep him distracted for 3 minutes while I charge my attack. Can you do it?” Faava asked her. She knew it was a stretch, especially since they saw how truly strong this guy was.
